Award-Winning Architectural & Design Services
FrankFranco Architects is a multi-disciplinary studio specializing in architecture, interior design, master planning, and bespoke industrial design. No two homes are the same, which is why our practice centers on a Total Design Experience, ensuring the integrity of a project remains uncompromisingly intact from concept to completion.
We design modern residences that reflect the land and the people who live there, crafting contemporary homes with identity that seamlessly unite structure, interior, and landscape.
Architectural Design
Every design is unique, site-specific, and never cookie-cutter. We specialize in custom modern homes designed for ravines, slopes, hillsides, and empty lots across Toronto and the GTA. Leveraging deep architect firm experience with TRCA approvals, challenging properties, and custom residential projects from concept to permit, we transform complex land constraints into refined modern architecture. Our ultimate goal is always to cater to your lifestyle needs and create a home with an architectural design that is reflective of your values.
Interior Design
Interior design often starts with very small moves. At FrankFranco Architects, we begin by describing the experience of the space, how it is meant to function or how you intend on using it for multiple purposes. For example, we might consider how a space can transform to accommodate larger groups of guests. It is through this design and planning that we flush out problems with the architectural plans and space planning.
Millwork Design
Custom millwork in a custom home means much more than finely fitted kitchen cabinets. It gives you the opportunity to create engaging designs that guide the viewer’s gaze and create continuity from one section of the house to the next. At FrankFranco, we understand the important role that millwork plays in the look, feel and enjoyment of a home.
Furniture Design
Whether residential or commercial, custom furniture design has infinite advantages. Choosing FrankFranco furniture design has its own set of advantages too. We are one of the GTA’s leading multi-disciplinary architectural designers, including interior design, industrial design, lighting design, and furniture design. We offer the unique opportunity to have your furniture not only custom-designed but created to fit the layout of your home or building and its interior.
Lighting Design
Lighting design services are beneficial to any custom home build, as there are many elements of lighting that may require consideration. Our role as designers at FrankFranco Architects is to provide the architectural backdrop to create a desired atmosphere, optimizing lighting design to elevate the space to its full effect.
Landscape Design
At FrankFranco architects, our main involvement with landscape design services is in master planning. This ensures the vision is cohesive, but also allows clients to streamline any municipal or special permitting process that may be required. We tie in beautiful natural elements to bring a curated landscape design to your custom dream home.
